Repair Process:
- After purchase, please provide your email address, the model, and the serial number of your Leica camera. We will send you the address of our workshop.
- Send your camera well-padded, with a charged battery and body cap. Accessories are not required. Important: Use neutral packaging and insure the shipment up to the full (or replacement) value of the Leica (with DHL, add extra insurance up to €5000 against loss or damage).
- After completion, we will return your camera along with an invoice.
